Hi there! I’m Katie.

I specialize in creating 3D scans of—well—just about anything.

From endangered orchid species to historic buildings, the 3D data I’ve created over the years has supported:

fashion designers • paleontologists • XR content creators • fabricators • prosthetic makers • horticulturists • performance artists • exhibit designers • engineers • archaeologists • collection managers • VFX artists • architects • local historians • conservators

I currently work at the Smithsonian’s Digitization Program Office, creating digital doubles that help open access to the 99% of the collection that’s not on display.

In my free time, I enjoy 3D scanning architecture and public sculpture around Baltimore.
